How do I know if I need the Standard (right control) or Left Control bidet?
Look at the hose connecting your wall to the bottom of your toilet tank.If that hose enters from the right side of the bowl — you need the Standard (right control) attachment.If it enters from the left side, you need the Left Control attachment. When in doubt, send us a photo of your toilet on WhatsApp and we will tell you in 5 minutes — before you buy anything.
What percentage of Singapore toilets use right-side control?
Approximately90% of Singapore HDB flats, condos, and landed homesuse a right-side water inlet — which means the Standard (right control) attachment will fit. Left Control is a specialist product for a specific bowl shape and toilet configuration. If you are not sure, check the hose position or WhatsApp us a photo.
What is the difference between the Basic and Premium bidet attachment?
Both are right-control, non-electric attachments that fit under your existing toilet seat. The differences are:
Basic (S$29): Lever control, ABS body, mild water pressure, dual nozzle. Best for first-time buyers, guest toilets, or secondary bathrooms.
Premium (S$56): 3-button control (Rear Wash, Front Wash, Nozzle Clean), High ABS body, strong water pressure, self-cleaning nozzle, adjustable spray angle. Our best seller — used daily by 1,200+ Singapore homes. If this is for your main toilet and daily use, the Premium is the right choice.
💡 Most customers who buy the Basic end up wishing they got the Premium. If budget allows, go Premium — the button controls and self-cleaning nozzle make a real difference daily.
What is the Deluxe Bidet Seat and who is it for?
The Deluxe is afull toilet seat replacement— it replaces your entire existing seat and comes with an integrated bidet. It has a soft-close lid, Duroplast/Urea body (warmer and more durable than ABS), button controls, and front and rear wash. It is right-control only.
It is best for: homeowners doing a bathroom refresh or renovation, buyers who want the cleanest integrated look, and anyone replacing a worn toilet seat anyway. At S$128 versus S$50–80 for a standard replacement seat, it is genuinely excellent value.
Can I use the Left Control bidet if my toilet inlet is on the right?
No — and we strongly advise against it.The Left Control is designed specifically for toilets that require the control panel to be on the left side of the bowl. If your toilet's water inlet is on the right, fitting a left-control attachment will result in an awkward installation and may not secure properly. The right product for you is the Basic or Premium attachment.
I am not sure which product fits my toilet. What should I do?
